Garth Snow has already stated in an interview our entire coaching staff will be back next year...so babcock isn't an option. I'd love it if he was, I can't stand capuano, but I'm finding it hard to believe Snow would state that and then axe them.

Well, if the Isles' job is available, that has to be the favorite for Babcock. It seems to fit everything he supposedly is looking for in a team that has a superstar, good young depth around him both up front and on D but is very much in a win now mentality. Whether moving down the Island over to Brooklyn (or is it Queens) matters or not, is anyones guess. |

Smart move by the Red Wings to let Babcock talk to other teams while he's still under contract. Lets him find out where the market is and still allows them to come back with a final offer before July 1st. |

Babcock is the only coach that snow would fire the staff for this off season. I dont think it'll happen, but the isels make sense for Babcock, young team with a superstar, lots of talent still on the way and lots of cap space |

Hoping Montreal GM will realize that Therrien is not the man for the job and fire him after tonight's loss. Then they should put their internal policy about hiring a coach that must speak French and hire Babcock! |
